Chikomo Marimba is excited to be part of AVL Sounds Fest 2026, Asheville's citywide celebration of live music! Running August 6-9, the festival brings together more than 200 local, regional, and national artists for four days of music across venues throughout Asheville.

We'll be performing Saturday, August 8 at the Meadow at Highland Brewing Company, joining a full afternoon of music alongside Queen Bee & the Honeylovers, The John Keck Band, Company Swing, The Big Hungry, and Planet Ruti. We're thrilled to bring the joyful, high-energy sound of Zimbabwean marimba to one of Asheville's biggest weekends of music - come out and join us!

Highland Brewing is happy to support AVL Sounds and is not checking for wristbands at the event! Come see us and bring your dance pants!
